Experiment: Mirror Dream

We read an article that you can see your own character inside your own dream. The key thing is to know that during lucid dreaming you can control events in your dream. The experiment said that during lucid dreaming, we need to grab a mirror and look into it and discover who the character in our dream is. What are you wearing? Is it you or someone else? Sometimes we fantasise who we want to be and is that the person you see in the mirror? It can be you but an older or younger version, some say it speaks about someone’s mental age. It was an interesting experiment but very difficult to accomplish. None of us were able to have lucid dreams in a span of 2 weeks. Usually our dreams are uncontrollable and it is not often for us to get lucid dreams. It would have been interesting to record what could’ve happened and maybe it can influence our outcome.
